Data collection via telephone surveys (CATI)

This a popular research method with great cost-effectiveness, especially for research of average depth. The pre-written electronic survey shows questions one by one to the operator, only moving forward once the participant has answered.

The program automatically finds the right next step depending on the answers of the participant. This method is popular among our clients, as it is cheaper and faster than its in-person alternatives, while also providing accurate results. However, with this method the optimal length and complexity of the questions in the survey decrease. In the Publicus Call Centre, our experienced colleagues and multilingual operators are constantly working on local and national opinion polls, as well as our regular Publicus Omnibus research. We are of course equipped and open for research with special requirements too.
