Our focus groups are run by a moderator in a neutral environment, with the involvement of 7-9 participants in a 1.5-2-hour period. Similarly to interviews, in this method we focus on the individual attitudes, emotions and motivations, but in a social setting instead of a separated one. Most often used in homogenous groups, we can study the individual reactions as well as the group dynamics.
The method excels in various group tasks such as those focused on testing and evaluating. This is one of the most favoured qualitative research methods among our clients.
